Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your resume. If you're not, here's how refunds work for each plan.

$1 — 3-Day Trial

Cancel anytime before the 3 days are up to avoid the $12/month subscription charge. The initial $1 is non-refundable but covers your trial access.

If your trial converts to monthly and you cancel later, no refund is given for the current month, but you won't be charged for the next one. You retain access until the end of the period you've paid for.

$27 — One-Time

If you're unhappy with your resume, email support@gotpickd.com within 7 days of purchase with your order confirmation. We'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.

After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion.

$97 — Annual

Email support@gotpickd.com within 14 days of purchase with your order confirmation for a full refund. After 14 days, prorated refunds may be available at our discretion.

How to request a refund

Email support@gotpickd.com with:

  1. The email address you used to pay
  2. The plan you're refunding
  3. Approximate date of purchase

We'll process your request within 3 business days. Stripe typically returns the funds to your card within 5–10 business days after that.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We're a small operation and prefer to make things right directly. Initiating a chargeback before contacting support may delay resolution and may result in account termination.
